Password Self Service Error in Access Enforcer

Hi

I am having an issue in CUP (AE) 5.2 where we get the following error when trying to request a password reset through the Password Self Service.

Unable to verify credentials. Contact administrator

I have checked the configuration for Password Self Service and it seems ok

I am using Info Type 0002, field PERNR as a verification field.

My verification datasource is my SAP HR system.

The PERNR is maintained in HR and so is Info type 0105 Sty 0010 (e-mail)

Not sure where else to look...
