Item level attachments in C4C for opportunity , is it possible?

Dear All,

I have a question regd. Item level attachments because we have that option in Quote. but we don't have that option in opportunity.

Thats strange to me since we want to copy all the data from Opportunity to Sales Quote including item level attachments. Is there any scoping or fine tuning i am missing?

SAP has released this function in R2111 but with a lot of issues,

1. in SDK we can not see AttachmentFolder Entity on item level(may be need to be PSM released)?

2. in OData service we can see attachment folder but it give always the error.

3. In Business configuration custom defined document type we still dont see an option to add the opportunityItem.

Hello Dhruvin,

An Item Level Attachment is currently not available within Opportunity.Also there is no relevant Business Configuration Scoping/Fine-Tune Activity for it .
