database error<GET DATA FROM KPRO>

Hi all,

While viewing pdf file in sap R/3 development in sbwp tcode i m getting the above error .

I can view my pdf document in ESS portal

while viewing sap R/3 quality i m getting the same error but

I cannot view my pdf document in ESS portal

is there any settings to be done in quality

is there any SPRO settings? please list all the steps for SPRO

Is there any other problem? please suggest .

check whether adobe installation is properly done in your system.
