SRM Contract UI displays unnormal

Hi,

Does anyone meets my problem?

Contract looks normal in our SRM 7.0, SRM_SERVER 713 system, when select a contract and click 'edit' in Strategic purchasing>Contract Management>Active Queries.

But UI displays strange when I click 'Display' button or click the contract number directly.

Buttons on the title line looks strange, and no reactions when click them.

Same problems appear in RFx and PO display. It seems like some system program error. Are there any helpful solution to my problem?

Hi Chuhao,

Is EHP3 role assigned to the user? If yes, please assign the general (/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER), EHP1 or EHP2 role instead. In this way, system will use the old UI.

Hi Daniel.

You are right. I assign both EHP1, EHP2 and EHP3 to the user, and UI displays normal after I remove EHP3.

By the way, what do you mean by 'old UI', are there any new features with the 'new UI'?

Hi Chuhao,

There isn't any new feature, it is just a different UI. Instead of having several tabs like Header, Item, Attachment, Tracking etc, you have expandable blocks.
