Hi,
I want to know which transaction was used by a particular date and how many time he/ she used that. is there any way to find this? please advice
Thanks!
Hi Pavithra
workload Monitor (ST03N ) is the best transaction to check .
However, there are certain methods to look for things in there depending on the details available with you.
Firstly if you are monitoring the data in runtime, you will have to check data for a specific instance. For past days, a TOTAL data can be viewed which would give data combined for all the application servers.
Next , depending on the details available with you ,i.e. specific transactions or user etc. who are facing performance problem, a selection between transaction profile or user profile can be made.Such methods would help you analyse a specific transaction for all users who used it and a specific user calling multiple transactions respectively.
Apart from this, can also be detected by transaction STAD. This would also give you ample recent data .
I hope this helps you

Hi,
You can also get this data from stad , however you can't get more than 2 days.

You can easily obtain that info from the Security Audit log... SM19/SM20

Hai,
You can use ST03N/Last minute load to get the data. After executing you will get the screen showing the Workload overview then you have to select the Transaction profile at the left side to get the tcode the user executed for a selected period of time.
or Implement Security audit log to record all the actions performed in the system.
