SAP Customer check out connection error "The port is not accessible! Please check your port entry"

Dear All,

Please can you assist me to fix the below error while configuring SAP customer check out in system setting while checking the Integration connection of SAP Business One.I have already given host and port but still showing the same error.

Hello Manu,

The issue is not really a SAP Customer Checkout issue. Looks like from the system where SAP Customer Checkout is installed, SAP BusinessOne integration framework(B1if) is not reachable. You can try to access SAP B1if from this system and you will potentially face the same problem.

In many cases after you maintain the proxy correctly this issue is resolved.

Have you checked the firewall settings?
