Problem with background color of a sapscript logo

Hello guys,

I have a interesting question. We want to print a color logo on your documents.

But now my problem.

The 'picture (logo)' has a white background and we wan't to print on an white blanc paper.

If we print we will see that the printer wan'ts to print 'white'. But it looks like gray or something like that.

BUT THE LOGO-BACKGROUND IS WHITE. THAT IS SURE!!!

What can I do that the printer do not wan't to print white.

For my understanding the printer tries to mix the white color to print 'white'. Can I deactived something.

Can I change something within my label?!

Many thanks guys

Christian
