hi experts,
is there any link with benefirs topic for indian payroll my client is a indian client and they are asking for benefits topic i told it is for us payroll but i need experts confirmation.and they dont want payroll but they are opting for all other topics like time,pa,om,travel so how to ask them questions for data collection
Hi Deepthi,
Benefits is specific only to US and UK countries. There, they have a number of separate benefit plans which are offered to employees, which involves various processes like enrollment, participation, termination, etc. Hence they have a separate moudule to handle them. However, in India there is no need for such a separate module.
As for the requirements gathering, you have to start with documenting the existing procedures of the client and then try to map them into SAP.

Benefits is applicable in India it is applicable to USA etc
In India all our benefits related things are processed through Payroll there is no concept of Benefits.
