Issue:
Comments is a local member( in the following report) , but it is also copying epmolap members report definitions of two dimensions from left cells (VWPG,DTH1_100), even if i delete VWPG and DTH1_100 on top of comments , its coming back after refresh.
Kindly let me know how to get only local member (comments) in column with out VWPG and DTH1_100 dimension values on top.

Hi All,
Thanks for your time and reply's.
I created one more report by sharing row axis with current report , disabled repeat column headers and created local member(comment) in second report finally I have hidden second report(columns) and displayed only local member.

While that may work for you, I would caution others searching for a solution to not consider your approach as the "Best answer." Your approach adds considerably more overhead to the template and is GUARANTEED to not be as efficient as any of the other suggestions.
Glad it works for you though.
In addition to Steven answer:
Create row local members for headers with required formulas and hide original header rows.

Is there a technical reason to exclude them or is it just so users aren't confused? I'm going to assume it's for users.
Assuming your columns are fixed, which it looks like they are since you're using local member as a position, it would probably just be easier to hide rows with the column key range. Then use regular excel formulas to control what the user sees.
Example is if your report Columns are in Rows 1 to 3, shift the entire report down 3 rows, and then have some specific formulas all columns except for the column with the local member/Comments.
If you run into issues of breaking the references (i.e. after a refresh your linked reference returns #NODATA) consider using Excel's Indirect function. Example for cell C1 to reference C4 would be =Indirect("R[3]C",FALSE)
