Does anyone use Preference Processing in GTS?

I work for an automotive supplier and we use the AALA Determination under Preference Processing. SAP will give me the AALA calculation and the results show "documents exist" but when I try to display or print, the page is blank. I think it is a setting issue, but I can't figure it out

Your question is very vague...

Probably the best way forward would be for you to explain which transaction you are using, what you are doing with that transaction, is it something that worked before or this is a 1st atempt, etc... ideally, one or multiple screen shots would help also.
