Credit Note in Customer Ageing Report

hi to everyone,

Anyone can tell me if credit note should be displayed in XL Reporter Customer ageing Report.

In 2005A version, credit note were displayed but after the upgrade to 2007A and using the new 2007 Customer Ageing report, the XL reporter does not display credit note.

Some further testing and we managed to know why the credit notes were not appearing.

Our current database is set up with the following basic initialisation settings un tick. By changing enabling this option, the credit memo do appear.

Use Negative Amount for reverse transaction

Thanks for your quick response.

Actually we have been doing some testing and open Ar credit note is not been populated by the XL reporter 2007 version of the Ageing report

All open transactions affecting the customer would appear in the Aging Report.

Invoices, Credit Memos, etc
