Hi Experts,
I am currently configuring ERMS system. I have configured the system to create a Service Ticket with an in-coming e-mial. My requirement is such that I want the e-mial content to be stored in the Notes Field to be the Service Ticket that is getting created. Can this be possible that the email content gets populated in the Notes field automatically with the help of Text Determination functionality?
Any pointers with this regards will be of great help to me.
