Adding Similar Data To Existing File Using Crystal

I am using Crystal XI and I have 2 Excel files with sames fields and attributes. Is it possible to add the data from one of the files to the other file using Crystal Design. My 1st file has 8 records and the 2nd file has 2 records. When I am done i would like a report with a total of 10 records. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
