replenishement proposal without planned order

Hi All,

This is REM scenario. can we do the replenishment proposal for the particular raw material if the stock in the prod storage location is reach the minimum stock without any reference of the planned order .

with the reservation we need to stock tranfer the particular raw material to the prod sto loc from the rm sto location.

how we can do this .pls explain the steps.
