okkp -Cost Settings

Hi

When i am doing the Cost Settings in OKKP when i am trying to find values in the option "Cost standard Hierarchy" i am not getting the values. If we get the values, It is said that the Below the Reconciliation will get Automated (this is the link between the FI & Co) so can any body clarify my doubt.
