reorder point

Hi Friends,

I have big dought.i have given mrp type is automatic reordepoint. and given consumption values in forecating view. in forcasting view i have excute the forecast . and also i have given inhouse , GR time. when i saw the change view for that material i am unable to find the reorde point automatically.plese find the problem and give ur advices wher i have missed the settings.

1. How to calculate the forcasting ie on what basis.

2. I want to use forcasting .which type of mrp type is suitable

3. when i have use the forecasting shall i use reorderpoint or not.

please say your valubale advices.
