Hello,
My picking strategy is A “ Partial quantity management “. I would like the system to pick from bins according to their ascending sequential order. I have defined Sort Sequence for Stock Removal for my storage types as 1,2,3,4,5 for bins.
And have updated bins with (Sort field pick) with their own bin numbers, so that system would pick in sequential order. But when pick TO is created, system doesn’t pick from bins in sequential order. My Clint required to pick 1st from row A Stack 1 Levels 1-2-3 then Row B Stack 1 levels 1-2-3 and the picking search sequence is stack front stack which mean tow rows one against one .
Coordinatesstructure is R-SS-LL
2 rows A & B
Bins A-01-01 & B-01-01
Am I missing anything?
Hi Haitham, I'm quite sure you are missing sort profile definition and/or sort profile assignment.
Take a look at note 2630746 - Sort Sequence of Bins is not working correctly for transfer orders
It describes your issue and gives step-by-step solution.
