SDM Remote Deplyoment

Hi all,

we try to remote deploy SCA Archives to a JAVA Stack.

Following the documentation we have to start the SDM GUI just on this instance.

Is there a possibility to call SDM remote? Or can we use an API?

You can download an SDM kit from the SAP Marketplace to perform remote deployments.

thanks for your answer. To be bit more detailed:

The task is to write a webservice or remote function that deploys software components. sap operations is not willing to give the SDM password. With JSPM you can authenticate with your AS user and password but we don't see a remote JSPM Command Line or API.

Any idea?

Yes definetly we can use SDM remotely. Just download SDM from http://service.sap.com.
