For Delivery ,RG23D selection is not complete

Hi ,

I am getting this error when i do billing VF01,i could create order VA01 ,then created Del VL01n ,did PGI but during Biling VF01 ,the error saying "For delivery 80497538,RG23D selection is not complete .

let me know what the error

Hi,

Goto Tcode: j1ij

select delivery from menu

then select RG23D

enter the delivery number

enter excise group

enter series group

enter

press the first icon in excise invoice for delivery screen

click on excise invoice button

Press the selection criteria button to customize the selection screen

Sort the excise invoice and display all the excise invoice

press continue

Press enter to upate the excise value calcualted for the sales order quantity

save it.

just one query,

i did J1ij for the given Delivery document ,but when i click on excise invoice it gives a message saying "no data exit for given condition"

In my case J1ig is not done ,infact in VLI02n during PGI the popup for RG23d updation popup comes .In Tcode=J_1iexcdtl the remainin qty=0

Also in RG23d table the delivery doesnot exit

now how to rectify it,please suggest

hi

first you have to capture the excise invoice at depot i think u r using older version from ECC 5 there is no need to do J1ig it will be captured while doing MIGO
