Reg:Insp point Confirmation

Hi Masters

I created a production order for a material X123 with activation of 03 Inspection type in the material master.A 03 inspection lot is created.I maintained 100-freely defined insp point in the routing of this material.

After recording the results in QE11 and i did insp point confirmation in the same T - code.

In Goods movements for confirmation 101 movt type postings have been completed but not the backflush(261 mvt type) diidnot occur

How to resolve this? Am i missing anything?

As keerthi mentioned 261 takes place for the order, please check in COGI if any error is there for the 261 goods movement

please check in T code COGI whether there is any error for the goods movement against the order. There can be reason of material unavailability

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked in COGI tcode and i found that no issuing str loc is mentioned for 261 movt type.

I have given the str loc and the problem is resolved.

Hi Mohan,

This has nothing to do with inspection, since 03 Insp type is non-stock relevant.

Ensure you've maintained backflush indicator for the dependent material in the Material Master MRP2 view or in Routing or in Workcenter (based on input in material master).

Thank you for your reply.

I have maintained the backflush indicator in MRP2 of the input material and also i checked the production order componenets also.It is activated there too.

Then what i am missing?

Check the following points...

1.Have you maintained Production version.(check TICK indicator "Rep Mfg Allowed" in Production version)

1.1 have you maintained routing and BOM in production version.

2.have you maintained confirmation key(Milestone confirmation key) in task list/raouting

3.have you carried out cost collection ( kkf6n)
