Environment: Crystal Server 2016 (SP05) on RHEL 7.4 installed with Oracle instant client 11.2 (32 bits)
Problem: When I upload a report (created by Crystal Report Designer 2013) and try to view in CMC an error occured:
"The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection. TEST_REPORT[] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
The report data is stored in an Oracle 11g database. The database connection can be created using sqlplus in the server and I believe the client should be installed correctly. I also follow the article https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2531116 to setup JDBC driver to BO. Environment variables $ORACLE_HOME, $ORACLE_HOME32, $LIBPATH, $LIBPATH32, BOE_USE_32BIT_ENV_FOR also added and tried, but the result still fail.
