New to interaction center

Hi,

I am an experienced ABAP consultant and I am planning to enter into the area of CRM CIC as a technical consultant.

Can anybody help me in understanding about the resources like sap help etc for becoming a technical consultant or road map to become a technical consultant?

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

Hello Naresh,

I would suggest you start of with the Intercation centre cook book, which has some technical aspects of tercation centre. You need to be familiar with the Views, Viewsets and MVC programming.

The cookbook is available in thr Service market Place.

You can very well download the cook book from the SAP Service Market Place. You can see functional changes in the UPGRADE or MASTERGUIDE for CRM 2007 in the Service Market Place.

Intercation Upgrade functionalities are cleraly mentioned in the master guide to SAP CRM 2007.

Is there any place where I can quickly browse thru the changes between CRM 5.0 Interaction center and CRM 2007 interaction center?
