How to print out the natural accounts used on chart of accounts

Our auditor wants a list of our chart of accounts but without the segmentations. For example Sales would be natural accoutn number 5110 division 03 and UR for unrestricted funds -- so it looks like this: 5110-03-UR I need a report that shows the description and natural account of our chart of accounts.

You can Get all the required information regarding Chart Of Accounts from OACT table. Or you can generate trial balance and use hide titles option to see only active and post able accounts.
