Component id of Solman Vs CRM Org Model

Hi ,

How to Integrate Org Model with Component id of Solman while creating Support message from Solution Manager. For more Clarity - I would like to Clarify , When the User creates the Support Message from Solution Manager , After picking the Component id by the system - How it will be Automatically assigned to that Particular Team ( Eg - FI, SD , CRM , etc ). If any one worked on this - Please bring me some clarity .
