Reg:a transport request imported by a system user

Hi Experts,

In one of the production servers, a transport request has been imported by tmsadm

I am not able find any clue on how can this be done by a system user.

Can some one, please make me understand or give any clue to know the reason behind

Your help would highly be appriciated
