CO Document for Activities Confirmed

Hi..

Need one clarification.

Whether a CO document is generated for activities confirmed against a Production Order.

I understand that a CO document in respect of activity can be generated only when WIP / Variance are settled.

Please confirm.

Hi Swapvik,

Yes, CO document gets posted at the time of confirmation of Activities.

You can see that by going through the Cost Analysis of the Order and by double clicking the actual confirmation line. System will take yout to the CO Document posted.

You can see the same doucment in KSB5 also.

Yes Thanks for the response.

Actually, I went to the settlement document and checked on the Relationship browser in Environment -> Original Documents..

I could see the confirmation document, which had CO document relationship also.
