Hi Experts,
We are facing with HCI and not able to connect to the HCC system.
User Id SFAPI has been reset and the New Password has been deployed in Security in the HCI WebGUI. And new password has been maintained for OrgReplecation query Webservice.
But still we are facing the below mentioned issue error-message.png.

The 401 error is coming from the backend SAP system, not Employee Central, so the SFAPI user is not a factor. If you have already checked the credential containing the SAP user name and password, you need to make sure, that the user has the necessary permissions. This is covered in the integration guide for the SuccessFactors Employee Central to ERP Organizational Data integration.

The user name and password for the SAP backend system are stored in a User Credentials artifact, similar to the SFAPI user, so in other words in the operations view => Manage Security => Security Material. The name of the credential must be referenced, when configuring the SOAP receiver channel to the SAP backend system.
