Hello Gurus,
I have a scenario in hand to configure but I think current period workschedule pattern setting doesn't allow to following:
How to configure last two Saturdays as working days every month and rest as working days. for example:
Jan: 5 Saturdays, the first 3 are off and remaining 2 are working days.
Feb: 4 Saturdays, the first 2 are off and remaining 2 are working days.
There are 2 options I just think as below:
Option 1: Update PWS (Period Work Schedule) for all 52 weeks.
- You can define OFF / WORK for each Sat in 52 weeks accordingly.
- Understood WSR should be generate yearly, so it should be a feasible option 😄
Option 2: Use IT2003 to adjust work schedule
- Update PWS and define Sat as OFF day.
- Create a program to update IT2003 for the last 2 Sat each month as Work day.
- Or vice verse: define Sat as Work, and then customized program to update IT2003 for the first 2 / 3 Sat as OFF.
Hope it helps.

Oh really??? Just design in Excel and copy & paste into SAP configuration 😄 very quick one. Each time you can copy & paste upto 17 rows 😄 u just copy and paste 3 / 4 times only 😄
Anw up to you 😄
in PT02 t.code (For your groupings and work schedules )change day type to "3" for whichever Sat want off.
or create all Saturdays (whichever client wants off) and assign them to holiday calendar and generate wsr

hi,
please confirm in a month 2 saturdays will be off or any 2 saturdays will be off .
If it is fixed after every 2 saturdays in a month other 2 saturdays should be off create schedule with PWS recurring for every 2 weeks.
create a 4 week plan as
suppose 8 hours working everyday
Create a rule for this and generate the schedule for valid dates of year .
or else the requirement is alone for specific month only 2 saturdays in the last week of month should be given create PWS for every month and generate them with valid dates of month.
Hope this give clarity.
