Screen variant not working when assigned to Transaction variant in SHD0 for MIRO

Hi experts,

The requirement is to make Amount & Quantity fields of line items in MIRO to be non-editable . The columns are getting grey (output only) in Screen variant creation. When testing screen variant alone it works fine. The screen variant is created for program SAPLMR1M & screen 6310. But when it is assigned to a Transaction variant it's not working. Any suggestions will be helpful.
