In our client we implement the transation PTMW. But we are having some problems with the holliday's records (vacation/Leave records).
They load hollidays (to pay them even if the employee is working and would take his hollidays in other month) using IT2001. When they load it the supervisors can see the absence in PTMW but many times as they see the employee working they change that to a presence. When they do that, we lose the record.
Is there any way that this don´t happen?
We tryied using IT0416 but we have to create a new rule in payroll and my client doesn't want to do that... Can I keep on loading vacations with IT2001 without the supervisor's seeing them?
Can anybody suggest me what can I do?
