Change the Default view in Approval-tab in shopping cart

Hello,

In the approval-tab of the shopping cart (BBPSC04) and workitems (in trx.BBPSC07), the graphical view is the default one.

Is it possible to change this in a defaulted tabular overview? How.

Can this be done user-specific?
