Android C4CApp: Target UI could not be determined

Hello,
on an Android smartphone I opened the Cloud4Cust App.
Whe I open "MY TEAM'S ACTIVITIES" I can see the relevant Assignment.
When I use the "Detail arrow on right side >" I got the Message:

"Target UI could not be determined in the current scope.
Please ask your system administrator to check the scoping"

What can I do to see the details of the assignment and to change the status of the asignment ?

Did you install Apps Cloud4CustEX. Please try it

Hi,
first I want to use Cloud4Cust App and not Cloud4CustEx.
By the way, why there are two Apps (one working, one not working) for the same use case ?

Trying Cloud4CustEx was not possible because the logon data was not accepted again and again.
I could not change the user ID, then after changing to support multiple logon profiles a code was requested and all entries are not accepted.

After getting into the App Cloud4CustEx I found some more things:
_ The performance is - verry slow
_ The Launchpad can't be changed inside the app, so I have New on the top where they shouldn't be
_ The working ticket assigned to my logged in technician is only visible when I use Toickets of my Team or All Tickets
_ I can't change any state of the ticket
_ I can't see any details of the ticket
