Invoicing party - ME31K

The zone "Invoicing party" in the Header Data for a Contract that I wish to create in ME31K is empty and non-modifyable.

How can I manage this zone. I have tried unsuccessfully through customizing : SPRO>Define Screen layout at Document Level.
