SMQ2 Queues stuck in XI system and have to be unlocked

Hi,

In our XI development and QA systems, the SMQ2 queues always need to be unlocked before they start running again. Even though the queue is not in error, it is always in Ready status. I have to manually unlock the queues and then the queues started running again for any kind on interface testing.

This is happening in our Development and QA XI systems.

Is there any setting that need to be turned on to resolve this issue?
