CONFIGURING Purchase Order(Version 2) app on fiori launchpad.

Hello Experts,

I am trying to configure Purchase Order(Version 2) po-image.png and

Purchase Requisition(Version 2) on our onPremise 1709 Initial Shipment Stack system.

I had added the roles in PFCG tcode. po-image-1.png

Still, I cannot see the app on fiori launchpad.

All the prerequisites are fulfilled. po-image-2.png

Please help with understand the issue. Also let me know if any other configuration or authorization is required for viewing this app.

Purchase Order (Version 2) and Purchase Requisition apps would not have any tiles that would appear on the Launchpad. These apps are based on search connectors that can be launched by searching by using the NetWeaver enterprise search functionality. Have you enabled the enterprise search function on your backend? Also web dispatcher configuration needs to be performed for search connectors to be loaded successfully on the Launchpad.

The other option to launch these apps is by navigating to these from other related transactional apps like Manage Purchase Orders, Manage Purchase Requisitions etc.

Just clarifying. As per my understanding, there are two requisites for this:

1. Net-Weaver Enterprise Search Functionality - to be enabled.

2. Web Dispatcher - needs to be configured.

Anything else which I'd need to reach my Basis team for?

Hi Partha,

What you have mentioned are the basic prerequisites for fact sheets to function properly using the Fiori Search feature. You also of course need to activate the relevant search connectors as well.
