Customized alert not working in SAP Business One

Dear All,

System alert is working fine for SAP Business One. But any customized alerts are not coming on the same system.

Any solution for this issue..?

We are also facing the same issue but the customized alert was working fine before, Now suddenly it is stopped to trigger alert and my sap standard alter triggering properly what will be the solution
