Display Down Payment in PO

Dears,

The down payment is not displaying in PO, how to display this. Thanks.

Hi,

in ME23N/ME22N/ME21N please go to the purchase order history tab (table EKBE) to display the down payment. When you click on the document number on this tab the system jumps automatically to the transaction FB03 to check the detail information to it. You can go back after that to the PO again by pressing the green arrow.

Hi

Down payments can be done in F-47,f-48,f-54.

If it has done with ref. to PO then it will dispaly in the PO history.

Hi

Check whether down payment has been posted on purchase order with help of FI consultant. When you post a down payment referring a PO then you can see it in PO history.

HI all

are sure that we would be able to see the down payement done against the PO via f-48 in po history as i am also facing the same issue that in po history that is not coming

please confirm for the same if you are able to see that so that i look for oss notes or may be required to debug

As long as the down payment is created with reference to the PO, you should be able to see it.

Do you have teh category maintained in SPr.... Purchasing>>statistics>> maintain purchase order history categories?

Hi

Check the layout of down payment and include PO reference in down payment. And make settings for down payment document in PO history under MM - purchasing - statisticcs - Maintain Purchase Order History Categories (down payment will be defined here..hope will be there already). Take help of FI consultant for posting down payment correctly on purchase order.
