PDI MCS not visible on customer production tenants

Dear community, SAP Cloud App Studio gurus,

Do you know if there is any special process or step to perform after deploying a MCS on a customer production tenant?

Right now, I have facing this situation where, after successfully deployed a MCS on the production tenant, the related WoCs and Views are not available to business users. Even when I can see the assignment of the WoCs on the User Access Rights when logging in with the user the WoC is not visilbe.

The solution is a certified MCS and the status of it on this tenant is "deployed"

Please any hint or comment you can publish would be a great help to us

Hello,

When SAP started with HTML5 UI, they wanted the customers to have control on when the custom work centers are made available in the productive system once the verification of the same is done in the test tenant. This can be easily enabled by the customer key user from the HTML UI on the top right of the screen. Under the key user settings menu option there is an option to "Enable Add-ons". The Add-on should now be visible the next time you sign in to the user.

Then there would only possible of scoping mismatch. Please recheck your implementation project and make sure if its scoped properly OR if you have any change project then please click next and confirm all the steps.

Thanks for the suggestion. We thought about this before and have follow the steps but, the WoC is still not visible for the user. Any other ideas?

Dear Cesar,

Kindly double check if the MCS workcenter view is assigned to the user.

• Go to Application and User Access Management Work Center
• Go to Business USers
• Search for the Business User
• Search for work center view called "
• PARTNER DEVELOPMENT FOR MCS Partner Access – Multi-Customer Solution

• Make sure this is checked.

Then you should be able to view the solution.
