    Hello Ketan,

    PR is an internal document. This cannot be printed in standard SAP. If you want to print PR, then you'll have to go for a new Z-development(PR Print program).

    Hi,

    sorry, but in the standard there is no possibility to print

    purchase requisitions.

    Please, also have a look at the online documentation for the

    Output of Purchasing Docs. (Message Determination)

    The system always carries out the message determination process when

    you create an RFQ, a purchase order, a contract, an outline agreement,

    a scheduling agreement release, or a standard delivery schedule under a

    scheduling agreement. "Message determination" means that the system

    searches for a message record whose default values match up with the

    values from the relevant purchasing document.

    You can only print a list of requisitions: pls. use report transaction ME5A located in Logistics ->

    Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> List

    displays -> ME5A - General

    Enter the required details and execute.

    In the menu goto the following to print:

    System -> List -> Print

    Regards,

    Edit
