SAP Marketing 1709 on-premis: Anonym Contact

Dear Community,

after confirming the newsletter-link a new anonym contact is created in the system. That’s how it should work, but I have two problems with the process.

1. problem:
I filled the necessary fields with first-, lastname and email address, but only the email is transmitted to the marketing cloud. The contact is stored there as anonym.

2. problem:
Even if I directly change the name, add an address in the marketing system and save it, the contact stays as anonym. If I include it to a target group and run an email - campaign with the contact, the contact is addressed correctly.

I would be glad, if someone can help me with these problems.
Maybe there is a customizing point, I haven’t in mind or a wrong set adjustment.

Hi Constantin,

Could you add a screenshot of the Landing Page configuration, specifically the mapping of the Vorname and Nachname fields to hybris marketing fields?

Can you also check this contact with "Inspect Contact" to see if he has any other facets that have a higher priority than Landing Page that might block the first and last name showing op on the Golden Record?

Hi Constantin,

Please add screenshots of all relevant steps/screens so that it is easier to understand what is not working correctly.

Are you using landing pages in SAP Marketing?
