Collective reservation processing

Dear Gurus,

I have one component say Raw1.

I added it to 10 WBS Elements.....so I got 10 reservation numbers.

I have maintained a plant stock (10 Nos.) for the same.

Now I want to issue these 10 components against a reservation numbers on respective WBS Elements through MB1B.

Currently I have to do it for 10 times (individually for each reservation).

At times my reservation number goes upto 100 so it becomes laborious work.

Is there any other way of doing collectively so that in a single transaction, I will be able to issue the same component to several WBS Elements against several reservations???

Your inputs would be very much valuable to me.

Hi,

You can do the collective process for reservation in MB26 pick list,mention the 10 reservation number & do the collect processing.The goods isssue was done automatically for the 10 reservation.

You can see the list of reservation in MB25 transaction.

Here you can give the material number also & it shows the list of reservation for the material you can select the list of reservation & post collectively in one transaction.

Thanks for the reply,

But the problem is, with the T-code MB26, system is taking default movement type as 281 Q and it is not editable.

But In my scenario, the material is available at plant and I want to issue to WBS Element with movement type 412 Q so that I can do project delivery.

With the movement type 281 Q material is directly getting consumed on project which I dont want in my scenario.

Is there any way by which I can clear several reservations in a single transaction with movement type 412 Q ???

Pl suggest for the solution.
