CRM_CRM_MAIL_MBDOC in status Ready

Hello,

I've set up outgoing e-mails in CRM, transaction SCOT. When an e-mail is sent, an entry appears in queue CRM_CRM_MAIL_MBDOC in transaction SMQ2. The status is Ready and every time I have to manually unlock the queue. How can I get the queue to start processing immediately without having to manually unlock the queue?
