Hi

How can i see the list of excise invoices which are not being done the commercial invoice, list of PGI reversal documents and list of excise invoices which have been done the delivery and PGI also.

1.  How can i see the list of excise invoices which 
  are not being done the commercial invoice,

Your question is not clear.

Only after generating billing document, you can generate 
   excise invoice.  This being the case, how can you see 
   excise invoice for which billing document 
   has not been generated.


2.  list of PGI reversal documents

Run MB51 where you can see list of PGI reversal details



3.  list of excise invoices which have been 
done the delivery and PGI also.

First question holds good
