Message while revoking TECO.

HI,

When I am Revoking TECO for a settled production order, system should propose a warning message. Is it possible to configure a message with a check of order settlement?

Ravi,

There is no standard configuration available. Probably you need to use an userexit to peform your required check. The other thing is that SAP does not set a status for Settled orders, so you need to look for the cost balance = zero as settled orders, which may not be right always. Like incase the order is prematurely closed after release without goods movement and confirmation.

Hi,

Prepare an user exit to check the status of settlement when u try to revoke TECO status for the production order . This can display a message when u try to revoke an already settled Prd order.

Can you explain, how to check the status of settlement as there will not be any system status updation in case of order settlement.

Ravikumar,

I think in COST table you would find all related cost data for the order, here you need to see if the order cost balance is Zero, if it is then it is settled.

Go to CO02GotoCost-AnalysisBalance of order is zero means oredr settled.

Or you can check directly through report KKBC_HOE. If balance zero means order settled.
