how to WS12300111 workflow being triggered ?

Hi all,

I need your help.

Im new to workflow.

How WS12300111 being triggered?

I couldnt find any event creator or BOR for this WF.

What i know is, i need to configure the absence type to call this WF in V_T554S_WEB.

I need to know how this because i want to set req.approval=' ' when this workflow being triggered.

Any comments/suggestion will be appreciated!

Hi,

If this is leave request that you are doing,then time management is to be configured you can check that in transaction code PTARQ ->customizationor through IMG settings too. you can specify the workflow template number that you need to trigger.Make sure that the workflow active and Attributes set to general task.Hope this helps you.

Hello,

You could customise the workflow (copy it first) to get it to set that attribute.

Means i need to copy the workflow and customised it to inital req.approver value = ' '?

I thought i could control the workflow process by changing req.approver class value.

How to know this workflow being trigger? When this workflow being triggerred, where req class value come from?

Hi,

This Workflow has the ABAP Class CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS.

This HR workflow not like the normal Business Workflow you can't find the events in the Event trace.

To check, whether the workflow trigger or not.

In SBWP, Outbox --> Started Workflows. Then click the workflow in the right side and see the log

If you want to do any modify this workflow, copy and modify it . In the IMG settings you have to give the workflow No. to trigger.

Hi,

As soon as a leave request is created and the button "send" is clicked, then the workflow WS12300111 get triggered.

To know whether the document has been created or not, please go to tcode PTARQ, and click on button "Display Documents". There you can see the workitems created with status "SENT".

In the spro config, while configuring the absent type, the workflow WS12300111 is to be added for starting the workflow.
