SAP Note implementation

Hi Gurus,

To resolve some LIS Structure problem I need to implement the part of note which is the following

Ensure that the tables SnnnBIW1 and SnnnBIW2 are empty and that the

relevant data is loaded from the delta queue to the BW system. If there

is still data in these tables, you can empty them by requesting a delta

request (-> the content of the first table is deleted), and then

requesting a delta repeat request (the content of the second table is

deleted) during a posting-free period.

Can you please suggest me what the steps to be taken to complete this are
