Not able to integrate PO with embedded TM on S4 HANA 1709

We have successfully integrated Sales Orders, Inbound/Outboud Deliveries with embedded TM on S4 HANA 1709

However when we are try to integrate Purchase Order no Freight Unit is created in TM.

The PO has a TM status tab coming which means required configuration is in place still there are no FU's created in TM.

Can you please help here ?
