condition values

Dear Sir

In the condition tab of my PO values of the condtion are not coming i have to give manual entry for e.g my PO value is 1000 and condition is 10 % system is showing 10% but it is not showing 100 , i have to enter that value manually so how to configure the system so that i will get the value automatically

Hi

Check the condition type if it is a item or header condition..and also check the pricing procedure whether the condition value is calculating on gross price or not (you see From & To tabs in pricing procedure)..and also check the condition types as it is a value based or percentage based.

Hi

Check the condition type in IMG- MM - purchasing - conditions - define price det process - define condition types - check your condition type whether it is item level, header level etc.

Then open define price det process - calculation schema - click on your schema (control tab) - check against your condition - From & To have been maintained if it is a % based (gross price)

Hi,

If you want to get the values for condition type in PO automatically you have to maintain either Condition record (MEK1) for the condition type you have configured or Info Reocrd or Outline Agreements.

PB00 - Gross Price automatically picks the values once you maintain records PBXX is manual Gross Price Condition Type

Which condition like freight etc you are taking abt??

If you want it to be defaulted, then you shd maintain it in the Inforecord or Outline agreement like contract and in schedule agreement based on the doc type or quotation etc...

And use the source determination in the PR, it will show you...
