Creating Delivery for Consignment Order

Hi,

Our customer service dept is having trouble creating a delivery for a consignment order after creating the sales order for it. The correct amount of pounds are showing as available in MMBE for this particular order in consignment, but upon trying to create a delivery for it they are getting the error "Consignment Issue: Availability Control." I have looked in co09, and there is a column for "Rec/reqd qty" of 196,000, a confirmed quantity of 188,200, and an "ATP" quantity of 7,800. This is my issue-the order should be pulling in 196,000, but is only pulling in the ATP quantity of 7,800.

I am unfamiliar with ATP quantities, is there anything I can do to change this so it will bring in the rec/reqd qty of 196,000? If more information is needed to explain this please let me know. Thanks.

First of all, this is not a standard error message but a customized message developed by your ABAP team. To know the exact stock availability, you need to check in co09 and not in MMBE.

Ok thanks. So I've looked in co09, and I see that there is a column for a Rec/reqd qty of 196,000, and then there is a column of "Confirmed" of 188,200 and then a column titled "ATP qty." of 7,800. This is where the issue lies for me-the quantity for the order should be 196,000, but when our cust. service dept tries to create the delivery it is only pulling in 7,800, which is the "ATP qty."

I am unfamiliar with ATP quantities, how does that play into how that draws into an order? How can I make changes to ensure that the 196,000 draws into the order? If more information is needed to explain this please let me know. Thanks.

Once after checking with CO09 with relevant checking rule>>Check to see the Details by pressing Shift+F1-Hope some open orders/POs are there to make the system to behave so...

Nothing came up for me when I tried to hit Shift + F1 once I was in co09. I now see a cumulative ATP quantity of 0 for this particular one. Any thoughts on why that might be?
