Error in calling web browser from your frontend

We are using a web gui ivew for piloting our portal to a small group of users. We are having an issue when a user is trying to open a scanned archived document that is residing on our documentum server through the web gui iview... but they can render the document on the back end system.

Am I missing something to render the document on the portal? Any ideas could be great...

Does it show an error? Can you paste the log file entry?
